The cooking class starts by harvesting your own vegetables in our organic gardens and greenhouses, guided by our tour guide and Chef. You will then have the opportunity to cook your own traditional four course meal of Laotian dishes at our Farm-to-Table Restaurant, under the guidance of our Chef. The menu is based on what you harvest in the gardens and features local and traditional Lao dishes.
