LAO COOKING CLASS

Join us for a unique culinary experience at our resort’s farm-to-table restaurant, The Roots.
Learn from a local chef as you harvest fresh vegetables from our organic farm and greenhouses. Guided by our chef, you’ll prepare your own traditional Lao dish, using ingredients inspired by the garden’s bounty. Enjoy a delicious menu featuring traditional Lao dishes, with vegetarian and vegan options available.
