The events team builds each programme around the brief, from a single dinner under the stars to a multi-day corporate retreat with wellness and cultural programming. The full property can also be reserved for exclusive use. Private events are arranged directly with the hotel, not through online travel agents.

Accommodation & Exclusive Use
Ten accommodation types, from glamping tents on the riverbank to two-bedroom villas. Available for block-booking at group rates, or as a full property exclusive use for one group.

Private events are arranged directly with the hotel's Events team. Minimum spend depends on the event format and the team works within the budget that makes sense for the brief.

Can the hotel be booked exclusively for a private event?
Yes. The Namkhan can be booked for exclusive use, giving a single group full access to all ten accommodation types, ROOTS Restaurant, the Jungle Spa, the Infinity Pool, the Rock Pool, and the riverside grounds. Partial buyouts (blocking specific room categories or outdoor areas only) are also available. Contact the Events team for availability and pricing.
Is there AV or presentation equipment available?
For corporate events requiring projectors, screens, or sound systems, the hotel can source equipment on request. Provide technical requirements when enquiring.
Can the hotel arrange accommodation for out-of-town guests?
Yes. The hotel can hold a room block for event guests and provide a group booking code for room reservations. Discuss this as part of the event planning process.
Are traditional Lao ceremonies included in wedding packages?
Baci ceremonies and other traditional elements can be arranged as part of any event. A local officiant can be sourced for legal or ceremonial wedding requirements. Discuss with the Events team.
What is the capacity of the riverside venue?
For open-air riverside events (garden, riverbank): approximately 30 to 80 guests depending on configuration. For seated formal dinners: approximately 20 to 40. For cocktail receptions: up to 80. Exact capacity depends on the specific layout and event format.
