Namkhan’s organic farm, established in 2016, produces a variety of fruits, vegetables, and herbs year-round using sustainable methods. The farm operates on a zero-waste, organic green cycle that starts in their restaurant, where leftovers feed animals, and waste is composted to enrich the soil. They use no chemicals, relying on natural repellents and compost to maintain healthy crops, which then supply their restaurant.
For those interested in agriculture and sustainability, they offer a 45-minute guided farm tour. Participants gather vegetables to create a 5-course traditional Laos meal in a cooking class with a qualified chef.
