What is included in the Advance Purchase Rate?
The rate includes accommodation, daily breakfast at ROOTS Restaurant, a welcome drink on arrival, full access to the swimming pools and Jungle Spa. Additional resort activities, wellness sessions and spa treatments are paid extras.
How far in advance do I need to book?
At least 45 days before your arrival date. The booking engine will only show this rate when the selected check-in date is 45 or more days away.
Is the Advance Purchase Rate refundable?
No. Full pre-payment is taken at the time of booking, and the rate is non-refundable. Date changes are not permitted once confirmed.
Can I combine the Advance Purchase Rate with a retreat package?
Yes. Any of our three retreat programmes (Harmony and Mindfulness, Namkhan Detox, Serene Couples) can be added on top of the Advance Purchase Rate, in either Essential or Immersion tier.
Why book direct rather than through a third-party site?
