Arrival & Welcome (10:00 AM – 11:00 AM)


Welcome Reception at NamKhan Gardens with face painting and balloon animals.

Introduction to the Party Theme (Pirates, Jungle, Princess, etc.) with themed decorations and props.

Icebreaker Games: Quick group games to get the kids excited and engaged.

 

Morning Adventure (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM)


Treasure Hunt in the Gardens: A guided hunt with clues, maps, and prizes.

Outdoor Games: Sack races, tug-of-war, and obstacle courses.

Craft Station: DIY crafts like mask-making, decorating wooden toys, or nature-based crafts.

 

Lunch Time Fun (1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)


Picnic or BBQ Lunch at the Beach: Kid-friendly menu options (mini burgers, hot dogs, fruit platters).


Themed Cupcake Decorating: A fun, interactive dessert activity where kids can decorate their own cupcakes.

 

Afternoon Water Play & Games (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM)


Water Balloon Fight and Sprinkler Fun on the Beach.


Beach Games: Sandcastle building competition or a friendly beach soccer match.

Swimming Time with supervision—complete with floating toys and safe, shallow areas for younger kids.

 

Birthday Celebration (4:00 PM – 5:00 PM)


Cake Cutting Ceremony with themed cake (princess castle, pirate ship, jungle animals, etc.).


Magic Show or Clown Performance to keep the kids entertained.


Party Favors: A small gift bag with themed toys and local treats for each child.

 

Departure & Farewell (5:00 PM)


Group Photo Session with all the kids in costume or themed props.


Farewell Snacks: Light refreshments for parents while kids collect their party favors.


Safe Pick-Up Area at the Gardens for an organized departure.
