The Lao Resident Rate:

Lao Residents and Lao Expats enjoy the following Discounts on our published Flex Rate

25% Discount between 01 if April until September 30

15% Discount between 01 of October and 31 0f March

5% Discount on special occasions like Xmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and certain Lao National Holidays of local Events – please inquire.

Please enter the PROMOCODE: LOCAL, when you book your room to see this Discount displayed. This only applies for direct bookings by Phone, WhatsApp, Email or via our booking engine.

Please present your local ID, Passport or your Expat Visa at check in. If the Main guest does not have a local ID/Passport or Expat Visa we would charge the regular Flexrate. 2nd and 3rd Adults or Children do not need to be Locals or Residents. 

This rate is non refundable and will be charged when accommodation is booked.
