His journey has been enriched by learning and practicing alongside senior gurus across the world, such as Sri Gopalajeeyar, B.K.S Iyengar, and other esteemed gurus nationwide. For Dr. Srinatha, yoga is a way of life. Always immersed in the pursuit of knowledge, he continually elevates his understanding through research that intertwines yoga with modern science.

Her spiritual and professional journey began at a very young age, leading her to 20+ years of practice in meditation and healing and 12+ years as a professional Corporate Trainer specializing in Applied Behavioral Sciences. Her passion for travel and authentic living practices is evident in her teachings, drawing from traditional wisdom such as Yoga, Meditation, Vedas, Tai Chi, Chakra, and Reiki Healing.
